Poddar Group works across agriculture and industry ā trading commodities, milling grain, making packaging, producing ethanol, and building the logistics that connect them.
THE IDEA
Diversified, but Deliberate
The group didn’t set out to collect unrelated businesses. It set out to follow the grain ā from the field, through processing and packaging, into fuel, and across the warehouses and trucks that move it all. Each business is strong on its own. Together, they cover a large stretch of the same supply chain.
That’s what makes the diversification hold together. A buyer of pulses, a fuel offtaker, a packaging customer and a warehousing client are all, in a sense, dealing with the same house ā one that understands agriculture from several angles at once.
